Over the weekend, Rihanna shocked everyone by giving back to Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Barbados.   Rihanna donated over BDS $3.5 million (US $1.75 million) in equipment in honor of her late grandmother, Clara Brathwaite (Gran Gran Dolly) in a button down Givenchy white dress with gold Jimmy Choo heels.
